Presentation to Pilgrims Hospice
The Manager of Charing Crematorium was delighted to present a Cheque in the sum of £2400.00 to the Pilgrims Hospice, the monies will be used in the Sponsorship of the Annual Pilgrims Hospice Sunflower Appeal for 2017 and 2018 which The Westerleigh Group have supported for the past two years and over £45000.00 has been raised during that time.
Sue Sharp, (pictured right of the photograph) , the Director of Income Generation and Marketing said : “ I am very pleased to accept this generous donation from the Westerleigh Group on behalf of the Pilgrims Hospice and the funds will once again support the Sunflower Appeal which has successfully raised over £45000.00 during the past two years, monies which help to ensure that the Hospice can offer high quality end of life care to those who need it in the Ashford, Canterbury and Thanet areas”
